• Appointments booked via the website or phone are subject to confirmation by our team
• Patients must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time
• Patients must bring their ID card and insurance card (if applicable) to every visit
• The center reserves the right to reschedule appointments in cases of medical emergencies
• Arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and rescheduling

• Health insurance (subject to agreements with insurance providers)

When using health insurance, the patient is responsible for verifying insurance coverage before the visit. Any costs not covered by insurance are the patient's direct responsibility. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
